About Us

Quality Drainage Company Ltd is a family run drainage company covering all aspects of drainage not just unblocking drains but drain installations, drain excavations & repairs, drain preventative maintenance contracts and drain CCTV surveys.

We also have the specialised equipment to clear blocked sani-flo wastepipes. Engineers wear uniform, carry ID Badges, are CRB checked and trained in Health & Safety, Drain & Sewer Cleaning, CCTV surveys, Drain Lining and hold valid CSCS cards.

We are pleased to confirm that we are members of many accreditations including Trading Standards Approved with Checkatrade, Safe Contractor, Exor and Which? Trusted Traders.

Quality Drainage Company Ltd carried out some repair work to the drains in our house. The tradesmen arrived on time; they were efficient, polite and got all the work done in one day. Their office kept us fully up-to-date with developments. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very Professional - Would definitely recommend them

The staff at Quality Drainage Company were very professional both on the phone and on the front line. They were very pleasant, polite and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As soon as I called them, they took my details and asked for my email address so that they could forward me a proper invoice as well as give me a receipt after the job had been completed. They told me in advance how much it would cost to come out and do the job and charged me as they quoted.

They give you a time slot as to when they can arrive and arrived on time. They completed the work expertly and quickly, and were happy to show me the finished results before payment was requested.

I have recommended them to my family, friends and work colleagues and would have them again if my drains were blocked.

Quick and efficient

Quality drainage came to clear a blocked drain. They came on the day of reporting the problem. Cleared the blockage quickly and cleanly. I was shown there was a problem with rats getting into the main drain. I arranged for the engineer to come back in a few days to clear away rat damage and fine roots and to insert an interceptor bung to stop the rats getting through. Very reasonably priced no hidden extras. Very pleased with the work and courteous engineer.

Friendly, efficient service!

recently used Quality Drainage for a blocked toilet and flush through of our drains due to smells in our bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and communicate well. They did a CCTV survey and we opted for the power flush. The staff in your home and in the office are efficient and the costs and details of all work is transparently explained.
Would recommend!

Rats in drain

Called out Quality Drainage Company on a Saturday morning after finding that rats had been tunnelling out of my drain and in doing so leaving a mountain of earth down which was blocking the flow of waste to the sewer. I was quoted a price on the phone which was call out fee and for unblocking and cleaning the drain. What I was quoted is what I paid. No quibbling. The fella that came arrived within 2 hours and did a fantastic job. Clean worker. Very polite and courteous. I can highly recommend them.

Return visit

Quality Drainage is my 'go-to' company for drain problems. Unfortunately I have a problematic drainage system for my kitchen sink that means however careful we are the sink eventually blocks. Quality are always reliable, thorough, helpful and never leave a mess. (If you're thinking why don't I just sort out the system - it would require ripping out part of the fitted kitchen and either digging up part of the floor or taking out part of the wall. May happen one day.)

Excellent experience!

We are seriously impressed with how the work's been completed. All the team were personable, clean, tidy, thorough, and you would not know anything had been done (apart from the big pipe sticking up of course).

They anticipated future problems we may have and proposed a solution on the spot.

Excellent service throughout and would recommend without hesitation.

Without fail every interaction with this company has been a pleasure. They are all responsive, helpful, informative, get back to you when they say they will and turn up when they say they will.
On the day of massive thunder storms they must have been frantically busy in the office but were all so helpful, responsive and calm. Within hours the team did turn up although they too must have been under a lot of pressure they were as professional, efficient and charming as ever and managed to solve the problem.

Fantastic service and great staff!

We had been having issues with a horrible smell in the house for months that we just couldn't figure the source of. Quality Drainage managed to figure out the source (a stagnant water filled pond under the floor from an old gully), remove the water and then came back to solve the issue long term. From their first visit they were helpful, professional and commited. The final job took much longer than they expected because of unforseen issues but they didn't change the price and stuck to the original quote which we were very grafeful for. All the staff who came to the house were amazing and very informative, calling us out of hours to explain things that had happened while we were at work.

An excellent company that are professional throughout. Thank you very much for giving us a smell free house!!

I cannot recommend this company enough .. They are so professional, efficient, trustworthy, friendly and reasonable... Having initially received a quote elsewhere for over Â£3000 for a collapsed pipe, I decide to shop about for another quote as I thought it seemed a ridiculous amount.... From the first phone call / visit from QDC, I knew straight away that I could trust them & that they wasn't at all out to con people like the initial guy clearly was.. The job was completed within 2 days of my initial call to them and at a fraction of the cost from my first quote ... Absolutely brilliant and everything is back up and running perfectly.. thank you again so much QDC ...

Solved an ongoing problem

Thanks so much to the Quality Drainage Company for coming out to fix a longstanding and annoying problem of very slow draining sinks.

After a previous bad experience with another company, we were delighted to find these guys. They were extremely polite, fixed the problem and cleaned up thoroughly after the job.

When I called the office for the appointment it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and they actually called back when they said they would - which seems to be a rare treat these days! An extra and very welcome surprise was the issue of a 2 month guarantee.

These guys are on speed dial now for any future problems and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

First class service

We have used Quality Drainage Service at our previous property & had reason to call them out to a blockage at
our new property just before Christmas. Our call was answered by Ben & he assured us that someone would be with us very shortly. Superb Service - Such a Hard Thing to Find

I called Quality Drainage on Dec 23rd 2016 and they turned up on Xmas Eve as scheduled. Lovely people - polite, courteous and very professional. 5* efficient, courteous and excellent service

Having to contend with a blocked and backed up sewer/drain immediately after Christmas, I attempted to address the problem myself, to no avail. My sister had used QDC so I contacted them on her recommendation.. Within 2 hours the issue was fully resolved!
The QDC team contacted me with an ETA, arrived in due time, got straight to work, unblocked and cleaned up in no time at all. Invoice was exactly as quoted.

Efficient, friendly, good quote

Not that I know much about drains but the work these guys did was quick, clean and perfect. Cleaned my kitchen drain and gave some advice on how to keep it clear without costing the earth. Good price for the work which was done the day after I called. Recommend this local firm.

Fantastic Service

Absolutely fantastic service. Harvey and his team called before arriving to confirm arrival time. They were super efficient at fixing the problem I had, but also made sure that the issue was completely cleared and working perfectly. The guys were very polite, very professional, extremely clean and tidy along with being very respectful to the property around the area they were working. Their clean up after unblocking the sink was done so well they cleared up much more than I would have expected. I would definitely recommend Quality Drainage to anyone else. Thank you x

Polite, efficient & problem Solved

We've recently moved in to the area & our to new house. The drains seemed to have a problem we couldn't fix with drain rods, etc. Drains were backing up (just what you need when you move in)! We called Quality Drainage Company & they came out same day, saw drains where blocked sorted it out with no stress or problems or grumbles. Came across very polite, nothing was any trouble and disinfected everything after as well. Very organised & efficient plus 2 month guarantee on the work - can't say fairer than that. Good job 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent Service - High Pressure Jet Drain Clean

I was incredibly impressed with Dean and Paul (the workmen) and Ben (the Director who took my call on a Sunday night). Dean and Paul had to deal with a really revolting blocked sewer underneath my flat, yet they did this with aplomb, efficiency and courtesy (even when they found the blockage - which would have made me swear!). I was called the morning of my service to say they were on the way. They were very clean and tidy (even taking their shoes off unasked when entering the house) and the problem was resolved within the hour.
I rarely give feedback (or believe full mark reviews) but this 5* is entirely deserved and I would recommend them for both cleaning and the drain survey they carried out for me the year before (which in hindsight I probably should have followed up on a lot sooner).
