Most recently I left a new skirt with them which had been folded so the pleats needed re-pressing. They pressed the pleats out, tried to tell me it was because the skirt was old and had been sat in, told me they would message once they fixed it (but they didn’t), a month went by, they said it had been sent away to be fixed, another 3 weeks, I called again and they said I could come and collect. It was not fixed, the pleats are ruined on half of the skirt. No apology, no refund, no suggestion they could do any more. However, Dry Ice did an excellent job removing them - having to treat it twice in order to completely remove them. They also pressed the box pleats on the dress beautifully and it's as good as new again! My dress was ready in just a few days and for this service I was charged just £10.
